I've given this place 5 stars because the staff were familiar with gluten free requirements. They had gf vegetarian pho. Though their broth needs a bit more flavour, their large pho is big enough to share with two people.

This used to be my favorite pho place in Footscray, but I haven't visited recently. Nevertheless, the pho here is really enjoyable, and the portion sizes of the meats and combinations are also quite generous. The spring rolls are decent and pair well with the pho. One thing I've noticed is that the broth here is saltier than at other places, and I always end up drinking a lot of water afterward. The meat is tender in all the meal options, and I plan to revisit to compare it with the popular spots on Main Street.

I come here for Pho—and only Pho. It’s the best Pho in Footscray. My family and I eat here weekly. The broth is delicious and not overpowered by MSG; I can always finish it down to the last drop. The beef cuts are consistently tender—never tough or chewy. The owner is friendly, and the staff are polite and efficient. The shop is a bit dated, but the atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it easy to enjoy a conversation without loud TVs or bad music. If you’re after great Pho in Footscray, this is the place. (I can’t comment on the other dishes, as I only order Pho at a Pho specialty shop.)
